摘　　要：介绍一种经济便捷易于管理的轮胎胎面标识线标准化制定的方法及其应用的分类系统。根据以往的经验,通过建立规格组和选色表等,发明出一种标识线标准化选色方法,主要解决标识线标准制定不规范、标准查找使用不方便、标准执行生产划线消耗成本高等生产过程问题以及轮胎半成品流转和成品轮胎分拣的识别问题。本方法能够大幅降低生产管理成本,提升管理标准化水平,使用简单方便。An economical,convenient and easy-to-manage method for standardizing tire tread marking lines and a classification system for its application were introduced.According to previous experience,a standardized color selection method for identification lines was invented by establishing specification groups and color selection tables,mainly to solve the problems of the non-standardization of identification line standards,the inconvenience of searching for and using standards,high production cost of standard execution and marking,as well as identification problems in the circulation of semi-finished products and sorting of finished tires.This method could greatly reduce production management costs,improve management standardization levels,and be simple and convenient to use.
