摘 要:介绍活络模具向心机构共用设计在全钢载重子午线轮胎生产中的应用。通过规范活络模具型腔相关部件和向心机构相关配合部件的参数,实现相近规格共用一种向心机构;通过设计调节板,两种型腔共用一种向心机构;通过花纹块优化设计,扩展向心机构的使用规格。由此可减少向心机构的加工,最大限度地节约成本和资源,同时对向心机构的关键参数进行控制,有效解决轮胎台阶缺陷,确保生产出合格的轮胎。The application of the centripetal mechanism shared design of active mold in the production of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was introduced.By standardizing the parameters of the relevant components of the active mold cavity and the matching components of the centripetal mechanism,a centripetal mechanism could be shared for similar specifications.Through the design of an adjustment plate,two types of cavities could share a centripetal mechanism.The use of an optimized design for the pattern blocks extended the specifications for the centripetal mechanism.This could reduce the processing of the centripetal mechanism,maximize cost and resource savings,and allow for the control of the key parameters of the centripetal mechanism,effectively solving tire step defects,and ensuring the production of qualified tires.
