摘 要:采用柔度法对金属材料紧凑拉伸试样的裂纹长度进行测量,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行分析,并对该方法的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明:测量过程中影响不确定度的主要因素有试样尺寸和卸载柔度等,该试样裂纹长度测量结果的不确定度报告显示,试样的裂纹长度为22.73 mm,扩展不确定度为0.10 mm,包含因子为2。The crack length of compact tensile specimens of metal materials was measured using the flexibility method,and the sources of uncertainty during the measurement process were analyzed.The uncertainty of this method was evaluated.The results show that the main factors affecting uncertainty during the measurement process were sample size and unloading flexibility.The uncertainty report of the crack length measurement results of the sample showed that the crack length of the sample was 22.73 mm,the expansion uncertainty was 0.10 mm,and the inclusion factor was 2.
