摘  要:为降低矿井进风巷火灾风险,针对进风巷道空气流通充足,火势发展迅猛,不容易控制等特点,提出细水幕火灾防治技术。首先,应用火灾动力学模拟器(FDS)软件,建立U型风巷火灾模拟模型,探究发生火灾时进、回风巷不同位置、不同高度、温度及烟气的运移规律;其次,搭建小尺寸试验台,探究细水幕对火灾烟气的抑制效果;最后,通过对比分析确定细水幕布置参数。结果表明:工作面进风巷发生火灾后,距离火源越远,火灾对该区域的温度、CO体积分数影响越小,发生火灾后人员应迅速远离火区朝回风巷进行逃生;巷道内上层比下层受灾严重,所以人员要尽量弯腰逃生,避免吸入过多的烟气;当喷雾压力一定时,采用锥形喷头并自下而上在巷道增设单层水幕,可实现最佳的阻烟效果。Due to the sufficient supply of fresh air in the inlet roadway,once the fire occurs,the fire develops rapidly and is not easy to control,which will directly lead to the working face being affected by the fire and suffering from the harm of high temperature smoke,affecting the safe escape of operators and endangering the life safety of personnel.Based on the principle of the most unfavorable,the numerical simulation of the fire in the inlet roadway of the working face is studied.Fire dynamics simulation software FDS was used to establish a fire model of inlet roadway of working face,including inlet roadway,working face and return roadway.The model parameters were set,and three aspects of fire smoke migration,temperature and CO concentration were analyzed and studied respectively.The results show that when a fire occurs in the inlet roadway of the working face,the longer the distance from the fire source,the less the influence of the fire on the temperature and CO concentration in the area.After the fire occurs,the personnel should quickly escape from the fire area to the return roadway.The upper layer of the roadway is more seriously affected than the lower layer,so the personnel should bend down as far as possible to escape and avoid inhaling too much smoke.When the spray pressure is constant,the best smoke suppression effect can be achieved by using a conical nozzle and adding a single-layer water curtain in the roadway from bottom to top.
