鸿兴煤业抽采钻孔内部漏气检测装置研究

摘　　要：抽采钻孔的封孔质量是有效提高瓦斯抽采效果的重要保障措施之一。由于钻孔内部裂隙较发育以及封孔区域孔隙通道较多经常引发钻孔漏气,为快速方便地识别钻孔漏气位置,研发一种测定抽采钻孔漏气通道的装置。选用每节1.5 m长度的薄壁不锈钢管,设计成快接式连接方法,实现对钻孔内30 m长度区域的漏气通道检测。现场实践结果证明,抽采管区域参数测定相对平稳,表明没有产生明显的管路破损以及抽采管路接口漏气等,管路封孔效果较好;对钻孔封孔长度提高到12 m,同时施行带压注浆“两堵一注”封孔方法,通过试验对比,试验结果发现,优化之后的试验钻孔瓦斯抽采体积分数明显提高,钻孔孔口瓦斯体积分数增大到55%以上,距离钻孔孔口超过12 m的区域内瓦斯体积分数未发生明显突变,平稳波动,氧气体积分数几乎为0,钻孔漏气较弱。试验结果验证了钻孔漏气检测装置可实现对钻孔漏气通道区域进行准确测定,根据检测结果采取优化钻孔封孔方法、提高钻孔密封性,达到提高钻孔封孔效果的目的。The sealing quality of extraction borehole is one of the important guarantee measures to effectively improve the gas extraction effect.Gas leakage in the borehole is often caused by the more developed cracks in the borehole and the more porous channels in the sealed area.In order to quickly and conveniently identify the hole leak location,a device is developed to determine the hole leak channel.The thin-wall stainless steel pipe with each length of 1.5 m is designed as a quick connection method to detect the air leakage channel in the 30 m length area of the drilling hole.The field practice results show that the regional parameters of the extraction pipe are relatively stable,indicating that there is no obvious pipeline damage and air leakage of the extraction pipe interface,and the pipe hole sealing effect is good.The sealing length of the borehole was increased to 12 m,and the sealing method of"two plugging and one injection"with pressure grouting was implemented at the same time.Through experimental comparison,the test results showed that the gas extraction concentration of the test borehole after optimization was significantly increased,the gas concentration of the borehole orifice was increased to more than 55%,and the gas concentration in the area more than 12 m away from the borehole orifice was not significantly changed,and it was stable.The volume fraction O 2 of is almost 0,and the gas leakage is weak.The test results verify that the hole leakage detection device can accurately measure the hole leakage channel area,and optimize the hole sealing method according to the test results,improve the hole sealing performance,and achieve the purpose of improving the hole sealing effect.
