顺层钻孔抽放瓦斯注浆封孔压力机制研究与应用

摘  要:基于顺层钻孔封孔过程中容易出现漏气问题,文章以晋城某矿区2214工作面为例,首先阐释了钻孔围岩径向分区特征以及注浆封孔的实现原理,并采用Comsol软件建立二维平面数值模型对浆液扩散半径与注浆压力之间的关联性进行了深入分析,指明注浆压力取值为3.0 MPa和4.0 MPa时,均能实现浆液在顺层钻孔围岩内的充分渗透扩散。钻孔封孔质量检测仪和光学瓦斯鉴定仪能够实现对于顺层钻孔内各监测点处瓦斯体积分数的检测,且现场工业性试验的4个分组内,注浆压力为1.0 MPa和2.0 MPa时漏气顺层钻孔的占比率分别为40%和20%,平均漏气率分别为32.8%和28.7%,注浆压力取值不小于3.0 MPa的分组内顺层钻孔均无漏气现象。综合考虑降本增效、作业安全系数等因素确定2214工作面顺层钻孔的最优注浆压力为3.0 MPa.Based on the problem of air leakage during the sealing process of layered drilling,this article takes the 2214 working face in a mining area in Jincheng as an example.Firstly,the radial zoning characteristics of the drilling surrounding rock and the implementation principle of grouting sealing are explained.Comsol software is used to establish a two-dimensional numerical model to deeply analyze the correlation between the diffusion radius of the slurry and the grouting pressure.It is pointed out that when the grouting pressure is set to 3.0 MPa and 4.0 MPa,the slurry can fully penetrate and diffuse in the layered drilling surrounding rock.The drilling and sealing quality inspection instrument and optical gas identification instrument can achieve the detection of gas concentration at various monitoring points in the bedding boreholes.In the four groups of on-site industrial tests,the proportion of gas leakage in the bedding boreholes is 40%and 20%when the grouting pressure is 1.0 MPa and 2.0 MPa respectively,and the average gas leakage rate is 32.8%and 28.7%respectively.There is no gas leakage in the bedding boreholes in the group with grouting pressure not less than 3.0 MPa.Taking into account factors such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement,as well as the safety factor of the operation,the optimal grouting pressure for drilling along the layers of the 2214 working face is determined to be 3.0 MPa.
