综放工作面不同风量下自燃“三带”时空分布研究

摘  要:为了确定鹤壁中泰矿业3110工作面废弃煤自燃的风险,通过数值模拟与孔隙率优化和现场测量相结合的方法,研究了全机械化放顶煤工作面采空区自燃“三带”的分布规律和工作面漏风规律。确定了工作面的自燃危险区域,并确定了最佳供风量和安全开采速度。结果表明,氧化带在进风侧和回风侧分别90~135 m和15~44 m.采空区进风侧的漏风强度最高,工作面中部的漏风速度最低,符合“O”型冒落的特点。此外,模拟了800 m^(3)/min、1100 m^(3)/min、1300 m^(3)/min和1500 m^(3)/min不同供风量对采空区“三带”的影响。结果表明,供风量越大,氧化带的宽度和深度增加。综合考虑氧化带宽度与工作面安全开采速度和供风量的关系,选定的供风量为1100 m^(3)/min,安全开采速度为1.26 m/d.此外,采用密闭墙和氮气注入相结合的防火技术进行现场防火。氮气注入流量为410~500 m^(3)/h,减少了漏风,缩小了氧化带的宽度,并显著降低了采空区自燃的风险。In order to determine the risk of spontaneous combustion of waste coal at 3110 working face of Hebi Zhongtai mining company,the distribution law of spontaneous combustion in goaf"three zones"and the law of air leakage in working face of fully mechanized top coal caving were studied by combining numerical simulation with porosity optimization and field measurement.The danger area of spontaneous combustion of the working face is determined,and the optimal air supply and safe mining speed are determined.The results show that the oxidation zone ranges from 90~135 m on the inlet and 15~44 m on the return.The air leakage intensity is the highest on the air inlet side of the goaf,and the air leakage velocity is the lowest in the middle of the working face,which conforms to the characteristics of"O"type caving.In addition,the effects of different air supply rates of 800 m^(3)/min,1100 m^(3)/min,1300 m^(3)/min and 1500 m^(3)/min on"three zones"of the gob are simulated.The results show that the greater the air supply rate,the greater the width and depth of the oxidation zone.Considering the relationship between the width of the oxidation zone and the safe mining speed and air supply of the working face,the selected air supply volume is 1100 m^(3)/min,and the safe mining speed is 1.26 m/d.In addition,on-site fire prevention is performed using a fire prevention technology that combines closed walls and nitrogen injection.The nitrogen injection flow of 410~500 m^(3)/h reduces air leakage,reduces the width of the oxidation zone,and significantly reduces the risk of spontaneous combustion in the gob.
