基于采空区散热的平板热管性能实验研究

摘  要:为解决采空区遗煤自燃问题,降低采空区内温度,以平板热管为研究对象,通过搭建实验测试平台,设计了不同工质充填比例条件下的性能实验,系统研究了温度、热阻与有效导热系数变化曲线。实验结果表明:工质的充填比例对于热管的温度、热阻与有效导热系数有较大影响,具体表现为,在相同的加热功率条件下,工质的充填比例越高,热管的温度越高,热阻越高,相应的有效导热系数越低;通过对温度曲线、热阻曲线和有效导热系数曲线的分析,在工质充填比例为20%左右时,存在最优的充填比例使得平板热管性能达到最佳,此时加热功率为15 W时,最小热阻数值为0.71 W/K,最大导热系数为2324 W/mK.In order to solve the natural problem of lost coal in the goaf and reduce the temperature in the goaf,the flat plate heat pipe was taken as the research object,and the performance experiment under different filling proportion of working medium was designed by setting up an experimental test platform.The change curves of temperature,thermal resistance and effective thermal conductivity were systematically studied.The experimental results show that the filling proportion of the working medium has a great influence on the temperature,thermal resistance and effective thermal conductivity of the heat pipe.Specifically,under the same heating power condition,the higher the filling proportion of the working medium,the higher the temperature of the heat pipe,the higher the thermal resistance,and the lower the corresponding effective thermal conductivity.Through the analysis of the temperature curve,thermal resistance curve and effective thermal conductivity curve,it is found that when the filling proportion of working medium is about 20%,the optimal filling proportion exists to achieve the best performance of the flat heat pipe.At this time,when the heating power is 15 W,the minimum thermal resistance is 0.71 W/K,and the maximum thermal conductivity is 2324 W/mK.
