带压开采近距离中厚煤层底板破坏特征研究

摘  要:为研究某矿带压开采近距离煤层的底板破坏特征,采用弹塑性和滑移线场理论、数值模拟、地质雷达方法,建立了近距离煤层底板破坏深度计算模型,模拟了下行开采煤层底板破坏特征,开展了带压开采煤层底板破坏深度现场探测。结果表明:理论计算获得10号煤层底板最大破坏深度为12.58 m,最大破坏深度距采面端部水平距离为3.37 m;在考虑煤层开采后底板应力场、位移场、塑性区特征下,10号煤层底板最大破坏深度为16.50 m,底板形成明显的拉应力区,呈“船型”分布,拉应力大小为0~2.5 MPa;采用地质雷达法获取的10号煤层底板破坏深度为12.8~14.0 m以上。研究结果为类似条件下综采面带压开采提供一定指导。In order to study the destructive characteristics of the bottom plate in the close coal seam of a mine with pressure mining,the elasticity-plasticity and slip line field theory,numerical simulation,and geo-radar method were used to establish the calculation model of the destructive depth of the bottom plate of the close coal seam,simulate the destructive characteristics of the bottom plate of the downward mined seam,and carry out on-site detection of the destructive depth of the bottom plate of the coal seam with pressure mining.The results show that:the theoretical calculation obtained the maximum damage depth of the No.10 coal seam bottom plate is 12.58 m,and the maximum damage depth is 3.37 m from the horizontal distance of the end of the mining face;under the consideration of the characteristics of bottom plate stress field,displacement field,and plastic zone after mining the coal seam,the maximum damage depth of the No.10 coal seam bottom plate is 16.50 m,and the bottom plate forms an obvious tensile stress area,which is in the form of a"ship shape"distribution,and the tensile stress is distributed,with the tensile stress being in a"ship shape"distribution.The maximum damage depth of the No.10 coal seam bottom plate is 16.50 m,and the bottom plate forms obvious tensile stress area,which is"ship-shaped"distribution,and the size of tensile stress is 0~2.5 MPa;the damage depth of the bottom plate of the No.10 coal seam obtained by geo-radar method is more than 12.8~14.0 m.The results of the study provide certain guidance for the pressurized mining of the synthesized mining face under similar conditions.
