摘 要:针对近距离煤层采空区下回撤通道顶板支护的难题,文章以鑫瑞煤矿1504工作面回撤通道为工程背景,通过实地调研、工程类比、工业实践等手段,开展围岩控制技术研究。根据回撤通道围岩条件提出采用注浆加固技术并选择水泥浆液作为浆材,设计两侧巷道及采场注水泥浆加固回撤通道上方覆岩方案,确定回撤通道锚网索联合支护参数,应用期间进行矿压监测,有效将回撤通道围岩变形量控制在设计允许范围内,保障了工作面的快速顺利回撤,取得良好的安全、经济效益。可为相似条件下巷道围岩支护提供参考。Aiming at the difficulty of the roof support of the pullback channel under the goaf of close coal seam,this paper takes the pullback channel of 1504 working face of Xinrui coal mine as the engineering background,and carries out the research on the surrounding rock control technology by means of field investigation,engineering analogy and industrial practice.According to the conditions of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel,grouting reinforcement technology was proposed and cement slurry was selected as the slurry material.The overhanging rock scheme above the withdrawal channel was designed for both sides of the channeling channel and stope water injection mud,and the combined support parameters of the withdrawal channel anchor,net and cable were determined.During the application period,the ore pressure monitoring was carried out to effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel within the design allowable range.The fast and smooth withdrawal of the working surface is guaranteed,and good safety and economic benefits are obtained.It can provide reference for roadway surrounding rock support under similar conditions.
