两渡煤业断层破碎带巷道支护技术研究

摘  要:针对两渡煤业2号煤层地质构造复杂的问题,采用理论分析及数值模拟的方法,确定了断层影响距离约为20 m.因此确定对断层前后20 m及断层走向30 m范围内围岩进行超前注浆。在巷道断面布置11个注浆孔,并采用锚杆(索)+金属网的联合支护方式对巷道进行支护。通过在2201运输巷进行现场试验,对断层影响范围内围岩进行超前注浆,有利于提升围岩整体性,锚网支护效果良好,可有限约束巷道围岩变形。Aiming at the complex geological structure of the No.2 coal seam in Liangdu Mining Industry,by using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods,the influence distance of the fault was determined to be about 20 m.Therefore,it is determined to conduct advanced grouting on the surrounding rock within a range of 20 m before and after the fault and 30 m along the fault direction.Arrange 11 grouting holes on the cross-section of the roadway and use a combined support method of anchor rods(cables)and metal mesh to support the roadway.By conducting on-site tests in the 2201 transportation roadway,advanced grouting was carried out on the surrounding rock within the influence range of the fault,which is beneficial for improving the overall integrity of the surrounding rock.The anchor mesh support effect is good and can limit the deformation of the surrounding rock.
