底板破坏带内巷道变形特征与支护技术优化

摘  要:为了解决1507工作面运输巷巷道变形问题,使其顺利为工作面安全回采服务,通过分析1507工作面运输巷的地质条件与支护参数,认为5号煤层顶部的4号煤层开采造成底板破碎是影响巷道稳定、变形严重的主要原因,通过改变巷道断面形状,优化支护设计,最终保证了1507工作面运输巷的稳定,实现了其为工作面回采服务的目的,为矿井其他工作面巷道掘进和支护指明了新方向。In order to solve the deformation problem of 1507 working face transportation crossheading roadway and make it smoothly serve the safe mining of working face,by analyzing the geological conditions and supporting parameters of 1507 working face transportation crossheading,it is considered that the broken floor caused by the No.4 coal seam mining at the top of the No.5 coal seam is the main reason affecting the stability and serious deformation of roadway.By changing the shape of roadway section and optimizing the support design,the stability of 1507 working face transportation crossheading is finally guaranteed,and the purpose of serving the mining of working face is realized,which points out a new direction for roadway excavation and support in other working faces of the mine.
