摘 要:煤与瓦斯突出事故严重威胁矿井安全,因煤岩体特性复杂及实验条件限制,采用类煤型材料模拟实验意义重大。文章以煤粉、水泥、石膏、石英砂和水为原料,利用混凝土成型法制作试样,借助超声波检测系统和MTS单轴压缩声发射监测系统,研究单轴压缩下类煤型材料的力学与声发射特征。结果表明,不同配比会影响材料的纵波波速、孔隙度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量及声发射特性。该研究为筛选合适的模拟煤岩体类煤型材料提供依据,有助于推动煤与瓦斯突出机理及防治技术的研究。Coal and gas outbursts pose a severe threat to mine safety.Due to the complexity of coal rock mass properties and restrictions on experimental conditions it is of great significance to use coal-like materials for simulation experiments.In this paper,coal powder,cement,gypsum,quartz sand and water used as raw materials to produce specimens by concrete molding method.The mechanical and acoustic emission characteristics of coal-like materials under uniaxial compression are investigated by the ultrasonic testing system and the MTS uniaxial compression acoustic emission monitoring system.The results show that different ratios affect the longitudinal wave velocity,por,uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus and acoustic emission characteristics of the material.This research provides a basis for selecting appropriate coal-like materials simulating coal mass,and helps to promote the research on the mechanism and prevention and control technology of coal and gas outbursts.
