岳城煤矿大巷底鼓规律及控制方案研究

摘  要:为探究岳城煤矿15号煤盘区大巷底鼓规律,并提出合理的防治措施,本研究以该区域大巷为背景,通过数值模拟、理论分析和现场实测等方法进行了研究。研究发现,导致巷道底鼓的关键因素主要为直接底泥岩松软且厚度大、巷道水平应力较大和巷道跨度较大。基于此提出了底板锚杆索+反底拱梁+注浆加固及封闭底板+巷帮补强支护的联合防治措施,并在实际工程中进行了应用验证。现场监测表明,采取联合防治措施后的大巷底鼓现象得到了有效控制,为该类赋存条件矿井底鼓治理提供了一定的借鉴。In order to explore the law of bottom drum of the main roadway in the No.15 coal panel area of Yuecheng coal mine and put forward reasonable prevention and control measures,this study takes the main roadway in this area as the background,and makes a research through numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and field measurement.It is found that the key factors leading to the bottom drum of roadway are the soft and thick mudstone at the direct bottom,the large horizontal stress of roadway and the large span of roadway.Based on this,the combined prevention and protection measures of bottom plate bolt cable+reverse bottom arch beam+grouting reinforcement and closed bottom plate+roadway reinforcement support are put forward,and their application is verified in practical engineering.On-site monitoring shows that the phenomenon of floor heave in roadway has been effectively controlled after taking joint prevention and control measures,which provides some reference for the treatment of floor heave in mines with this kind of occurrence conditions.
