摘 要:石炭二叠系煤层具有埋藏深、厚度大,煤层及其顶底板都很坚硬的特征。开采时,邻空巷道因为受到邻近工作面开采活动的扰动,邻空巷道矿压显现强烈,表现出两帮变形大、底鼓等现象。文章采取切顶卸压、设计合适爆破参数、理论计算、数值模拟等方法对煤柱尺寸进行优化,增加了矿井煤炭储量,提升煤炭回采率,实现了矿井正常可持续发展。Permo-carboniferous coal seam has the characteristics of deep burial,large thickness,hard coal seam and its roof and floor.When mining,the adjacent empty roadway is disturbed by the mining activities of the adjacent working face,and the mine pressure of the adjacent empty roadway is strong,showing the phenomenon of large deformation of the two sides and floor heave.In this paper,the size of coal pillars is optimized by means of roof cutting and pressure relief,design of appropriate blasting parameters,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,which increases the coal reserves of the mine,improves the coal recovery rate,and realizes the normal and sustainable development of the mine.
