摘 要:针对机载临时支护无法实现掘支平行作业的问题,以某煤业公司的10104胶带巷道为研究背景,设计了一套随掘随支的具备智能控制的长距离临时支护装置,并对该装置的横梁进行了静力学分析和优化。根据静力学分析结果,首先对横梁结构进行了优化,得出了“工”型结构更适合巷道支护,同时确定了横梁的筋板数量为9,对综掘巷道临时支架的制作和生产有一定的指导意义。In view of the problem that temporary support on the heading equipment is unable to achieve parallel operations of excavation and support,a set of long-distance temporary support device with intelligent control that provides support along with driving was designed based on the research background of 10104 belt roadway of a certain coal industry company.The crossbeam of the device was statically analyzed and optimized.Based on the results of static analysis,first of all,the crossbeam structure was optimized,and it was found that the"工"type structure is more suitable for roadways support.Meanwhile,the number of rib plates for the crossbeam was determined to be 9.This has certain guiding significance for the production and manufacturing of temporary powered support for fully mechanized excavation roadways.
