摘 要:随着煤矿向数字化、智能化方向的快速发展,矿用绞车等关键设备的安全稳定运行显得尤为重要。滚动轴承作为绞车等机械设备中的关键构成部分,其运行状态的优劣对于设备性能表现及安全性能具有至关重要的影响,是预防潜在故障、确保设备长期可靠运行不可忽视的重要环节。故设计了一套矿用绞车滚动轴承故障诊断系统,该系统基于振动信号、温度和噪声分析,结合小波降噪、快速峭度图及包络谱分析等技术,实现对滚动轴承故障的实时监测与精准诊断,旨在提高煤矿生产的安全性和效率。With the rapid development of coal mines towards digitalization and intelligence,the safe and stable operation of key equipment such as mine hoists has become important.As a key component of mechanical equipment such as hoists,the rolling bearing's operation status has a crucial impact on the equipment's performance and safety,and an important link that cannot be ignored to prevent potential faults and ensure the long-term reliable operation of the equipment.Therefore,a fault diagnosis system for rolling bearings of mineists is designed.This system is based on vibration signal,temperature and noise analysis,combined with wavelet denoising,fast kurtosis map and envelope spectrum and other technologies,to achieve real-time monitoring and accurate diagnosis of rolling bearing faults,aiming at improving the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.
