摘　　要：各省份建立省级医保医用耗材目录是推进我国医保体系完善的重要举措之一,科学化、规范化的管理至关重要。采用文献研究法,从目录分类和管理模式2个层面剖析省级医用耗材目录管理政策,运用对比分析,探讨“分”“共”“统”3种模式的优缺点,提出合理确定分类精度、科学测定支付标准、分步推进省级支付政策统一等建议,以期为完善我国省级医保医用耗材目录管理提供参考。The establishment of provincial medical consumables catalogue is one of the pivotal measures for promoting the advancement of China’s medical security system,and scientific and standardized management holds paramount importance.Using literature research method,it analyzed the management policy from the catalog classification and management mode,and employed comparative analysis to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the three management models of“hierarchical management”,“joint management”and“unified management”.It proffers suggestions such as reasonable determination of classification accuracy,scientific determination of payment standard,and promotion of provincial payment policy unification step by step,with a view to providing references for improve the management of provincial medical insurance catalogue of medical consumables.
