The Association between Digital Intelligence Technology and Mental Health in Vocational College Physical Education:The Mediating Role of Exercise Participation and Satisfaction with Physical Education Classes

摘  要:本研究通过调查北京市560名高职学生,分析数智技术与心理健康的关系及运动参与和体育课满意度的中介作用。结果显示,数智技术与心理健康存在显著正向直接关联,同时运动参与和体育课满意度在两者关系中起到显著中介作用。具体而言,数智技术对心理健康的直接影响效应值为0.203(占比38.2%),而通过运动参与的间接效应最大,效应值为0.258(占比48.6%)。结论强调,数智技术不仅直接影响心理健康,还通过促进运动参与和提高体育课满意度间接提升心理健康,建议在设计相关干预措施时关注这些潜在路径以增强效果。This study investigated the relationship between digital-intelligent echnology and mental health,as well as the mediating roles of sports participation and satisfaction with physical education classes,among 560 vocational college students in Beijing.The results showed a significant positive direct relationship between digital-intelligent technology and mental health.Sports participation and satisfaction with physical education classes also played significant mediating roles in this relationship.Specifically,the direct effect of digital-intelligent technology on mental health was 0.203,accounting for 38.2%of the total effect,while the indirect effect through sports participation was the largest,at 0.258,accounting for 48.6%of the total effect.The study concludes that digital-intelligent technology not only directly improves mental health but also indirectly enhances it by promoting sports participation and increasing satisfaction with physical education.It is recommended that intervention strategies leveraging digital-intelligent technology focus on these pathways to maximize their positive impact on mental health.
