摘　　要：露天加工型草莓品种因耐贮运性强、方便管理等优点成为加工生产的核心原料。通过梳理全球露天加工型草莓的品种选育、种苗脱毒与繁育、栽培技术以及加工现状,揭示中国露天加工型草莓产业面临的主要问题,提出种质资源创新、绿色生产体系和产业链延伸策略,为产业升级提供参考依据。As a high value-added berry,strawberry is often processed into a series of derivative products.Open-air processing strawberry varieties have became the core raw materials for processing and production because of their strong storability and and convenient management.This paper reviews the variety selection,pathogen-free propagation and seedling production,cultivation technologies,and the industry status of open-air processing strawberry in the world to reveal the main issues faced by China’s.It proposes strategies for germplasm resource innovation,green production systems,and value chain extension to provide references for industry upgrading.
