摘 要:连续3年对樱桃园进行了化肥缓释肥与蚯蚓粪混施的试验,研究其对土壤理化性质和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,同单独施用缓释化肥相比,混施化学缓释肥和蚯蚓粪肥,能显著提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶的活性,增加微生物含量,有效提高土壤的有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量以及土壤pH值,土壤的电导率EC也有不同程度的提高。For three consecutive years,the mixed application of chemical slow-release fertilizer and vermicompost in cherry orchard was tested to study its effects on soil physicochemical properties and soil enzyme activities.The results showed that compared with the application of slow-release fertilizer alone,the mixed application of chemical slow-release fertilizer and earthworm manure could significantly improve the activities of soil urease,catalase,polyphenol oxidase and sucrase,increase the microbial content,effectively improve the contents of soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and soil pH,and the electrical conductivity EC of soil also increased to varying degrees.
