摘 要:以富士苹果盛花期花朵为试材,采用人工模拟霜冻条件的方法,研究喷施有机钙、防霜灵、芸苔素对花朵受冻情况及抗寒性生理指标的影响。结果表明,喷施有机钙、防霜灵、芸苔素均能降低花朵受冻率,其中以喷施有机钙效果最明显。与喷清水对照相比,喷施有机钙不同低温持续时间的相对电导率均有所降低,可溶性蛋白含量均有所增加;喷施防霜灵不同低温持续时间的脯氨酸含量均有所降低;喷施芸苔素不同低温持续时间的SOD活性均有所增加;喷施有机钙不同低温持续时间的POD活性均有所增加;喷施芸苔素不同低温持续时间的丙二醛含量均有所降低。Using the flowers of Fuji apple in full bloom as experimental materials,the effects of spraying organic calcium,frost-proof agent and brassinolide on the freezing situation and cold-resistance physiological indexes of flowers were studied by artificial simulation of frost conditions.The results showed that spraying organic calcium,frost-proof agent and brassinolide could reduce the freezing rate of flowers,and spraying organic calcium was the most effective.Compared with the control,the relative conductivity of spraying organic calcium at different low temperature duration decreased and the soluble protein content increased.The proline content of spraying frost-proof agent at different low temperature duration decreased.The SOD activity of spraying brassinolide at different low temperature duration increased;The POD activity of spraying organic calcium at different low temperature duration increased.The malondialdehyde content decreased after spraying brassinolide for different duration of low temperature.
