摘 要:以章姬草莓为试材,进行覆盖调光地膜、普通黑色地膜处理,研究其对草莓生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明,处理90 d后,与黑色地膜处理相比,调光地膜处理的草莓叶柄长、叶面积分别增加40.90%、40.29%,效果显著;结果枝长度增加26.87%,效果显著;根长和根团直径分别增加26.92%和26.08%;调光地膜处理使草莓叶片总叶绿素含量提高9.26%,单果重提高48.08%,效果显著;可溶性固形物含量提高1.87个百分点;果实硬度增大1.21倍,效果显著;使草莓果实中的游离氨基酸总含量降低;果实香气更丰富,香气物质酯类、萜烯类、乙酸乙酯、4-甲氧基-2,5-二甲基-3(2H)-呋喃酮的含量增加,还具有紫丁香味、玫瑰香、青草味、焦糖香味。Using strawberry cultivar Akihime as the test material,the effects of covering with dimmable mulch and ordinary black mulch on strawberry growth and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that after 90 days of treatment,compared with the black mulch treatment,the dimmbale mulch treatment increased the petiole length and the leaf area of strawberries respectively by 40.90%and 40.29%,and the effect was significant;fruiting branch length increased by 26.87%,with significant effects;The root length and root mass diameter increased by 26.92%and 26.08%,respectively;The dimmbale mulch treatment increased the total chlorophyll content of strawberry leaves by 9.26%and increased the weight of individual fruits by 48.08%,with significant effects;The content of soluble solids increased by 1.87 percentage points;the fruit hardness increased by 1.21 times,and the effect was significant;the content of free amino acids reduced;the content of aromatic substances increased,such as esters,terpenes,ethyl acetate,4-methoxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H)-furanone,and also with purple ding aroma,rose aroma,green grass aroma and caramel aroma.
