摘　　要：RNA杀菌剂是利用RNA干扰技术,通过抑制作物致病菌重要功能基因的表达,来抑制或杀灭致病菌,具有靶向性强、环境友好等特点,有利于作物病害的绿色精准防控。从RNA干扰的作用机制、dsRNA合成技术、RNA杀菌剂的研发及其防治作物病害等方面进行了阐述,并分析了RNA杀菌剂存在的问题,对未来发展趋势进行展望。RNA fungicides use RNA interference technology to inhibit or kill crop pathogenic bacteria by suppressing the expression of important functional genes.These fungicides have strong targeting and environmentally friendly characteristics,which are beneficial for green and precise prevention and control of crop diseases.The mechanism of RNA interference,dsRNA synthesis technology,research and development of RNA fungicides and their application in disease prevention and control were summarized.And the existing problems of RNA fungicides were analyzed,prospect for their future development trends was presented.
