摘  要:简述了长江干线数字航道经历的初步探索、框架构建、全面建设阶段的建设发展历程,深入分析了长江干线数字航道要素感知、电子航道图在线动态更新、航道大数据融合应用以及数字航道运行服务等技术进展,总结了长江数字航道建设成果和应用成效,预测了未来数字航道将呈现“全域感知-自主决策-智慧协同”的发展趋势。旨在为内河数字航道的进一步发展提供理论依据与实践指导,推动内河航道数字化转型,助力长江航运高质量发展。The development process of the digital waterway in the Yangtze River trunk line was systematically outlined,encompassing three stages:preliminary exploration,framework construction,and comprehensive advancement.Key technologies,including waterway element sensing,real-time updating of electronic navigational charts,big data integration,and public service platforms,were analyzed.Construction achievements and application outcomes were summarized,and a future development vision centered on"ubiquitous perception,autonomous decision-making,and intelligent collaboration"for digital waterways was proposed.This research aims to provide theoretical and practical references for advancing inland digital waterways,supporting high-quality development of Yangtze River shipping,and accelerating digital transformation in waterway management.
