摘  要:对《美中关系白皮书》的批判,是中国共产党建政之际应对重大舆论事件的一次重要实践。中国共产党创新运用了层进式舆论宣传模式,接连发表了六篇评论文章。“六评”采取自上而下的持久宣传和自下而上反复讨论的方式,对《美中关系白皮书》不实之词进行批驳,并以此引导民众思想的转变。与中国共产党以往的舆论宣传相比,“六评”所体现的层进式舆论宣传模式强调的是舆论宣传内容的由表及里、围绕焦点问题的反复讨论、宣传者与受众的有序互动、舆论宣传方向的系统调整等宣传策略。中华人民共和国成立后,该模式在舆论宣传工作中得到广泛应用。作为强化政治态度的有效表达方式,层进式舆论宣传通过与受众的双向互动,扩大了舆论宣传的政治影响力,也推动了组织意志向个体行动的转化。The critique of“United States Relations with China”marked a significant practice by the Communist Party of China(CPC)in addressing a major public opinion event during the establishment of the People's Republic of China.Innovatively adopting a progressive public opinion guidance model,the CPC consecutively published six commentaries.Through a dual approach of top-down sustained dissemination and bottom-up iterative discussions,the“Six Commentaries”systematically refuted the inaccuracies in the White Paper while guiding a transformation in public consciousness.Compared to earlier CPC-led opinion campaigns,the progressive model exemplified by the“Six Commentaries”emphasized:layered penetration of discourse(from surface-level analysis to substantive critique),repeated discussions around focal issues,structured interaction between communicators and the public,and systematic recalibration of guidance strategies.Following the PRC's founding,this model became widely institutionalized in propaganda.As an effective mechanism for reinforcing political attitude,the progressive guidance framework amplified the political impact of opinion campaigns through bidirectional public engagement,while facilitating the translation of organizational imperatives into individual actions.
