摘 要:文章以某纺织品生产厂的碱减量印染废水处理项目为例,在选定膜处理法作为本项目碱减量印染废水处理主要工艺的基础上,对碱减量印染废水膜处理的总体思路进行说明,并从粗过滤预处理、超滤预处理、纳滤技术深度处理几方面入手,阐述了碱减量印染废水膜处理的主要技术要点。在此基础上,结合对比分析试验,选定了更为合适的超滤膜组件、纳滤膜组件,以获得更为理想的碱减量印染废水处理效果。This article takes the alkali reduction printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project of a textile production plant as an example.Based on the selection of membrane treatment method as the main process of alkali reduction printing and dyeing wastewater treatment in this project,the overall idea of membrane treatment of alkali reduction printing and dyeing wastewater is explained,and the main technical points of membrane treatment of alkali reduction printing and dyeing wastewater are elaborated from the aspects of coarse filtration pretreatment,ultrafiltration pretreatment,and deep treatment of nanofiltration technology.On this basis,combined with comparative analysis experiments,more suitable ultrafiltration membrane components and nanofiltration membrane components were selected to achieve a more ideal alkali reduction printing and dyeing wastewater treatment effect.
