摘  要:为了研究分子筛吸附结合旋转式蓄热氧化(RTO)技术在净化有机废气中的应用,文章具体阐述了分子筛吸附与RTO脱附工艺的原理,并以某汽车企业饰件生产线排放的有机废气为例,通过实验分析对比了分子筛单独吸附、RTO净化以及两者结合的净化效果,提出了提升分子筛材料性能及改善RTO热能回收的优化建议,旨在提高废气处理效率,降低能源消耗,实现绿色可持续发展。In order to study the application of molecular sieve adsorption combined with rotary heat storage oxidation(RTO)technology in purifying organic waste gas,the principles of molecular sieve adsorption and the RTO process are explained.The organic waste gas from the trim production line of an automobile enterprise was used as an example to compare the purification effects of molecular sieve adsorption alone,RTO purification,and their combination through experimental analysis.Suggestions are proposed to improve molecular sieve materials and enhance thermal energy recovery in RTO,aiming to enhance waste gas treatment efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and achieve sustainable development.
