印染废水中苯胺类化合物测定的影响因素探讨

摘  要:本试验是为了优化水中苯胺类化合物测定过程的主要影响因素,结果表明:调整重氮化反应的pH值在1.52~1.71之间,重氮化反应时间为6 min,显色剂加入量为0.7 mL,显色时间为40 min,测得样品RSD为1.8%~3.6%,加标回收率为92.0%~95.0%。本实验操作简便,稳定性提高,实际样品的回收率令人满意,可适用于印染工业园区污水处理厂总排口废水中苯胺类化合物的测定。This experiment was conducted to optimize the main influencing factors of the determination process of aniline compounds in water.The results showed that:The pH value of the diazotization reaction was adjusted to 1.52~1.71,the diazotization reaction time was 6 min,the amount of color developer was 0.7 mL,and the color development time was 40 min.The RSD of the samples was 1.8%~3.6%,and the recovery rate was 92.0%~95.0%.The experimental operation is simple,the stability is improved,the recovery rate of the actual sample is satisfactory,and it can be applied to the determination of aniline compounds in the wastewater of the sewage treatment plant in printing and dyeing industrial park.
