摘 要:新时期背景下,生态文明建设对精准、高效、智能的污染防治提出更高要求,亟需污染源自动监测技术的创新应用。但污染源自动监测在环境监测、执法等领域的应用仍面临诸多挑战。本文通过分析污染源自动监测的关键技术,探讨了其在实时感知与溯源、智能分析与决策、生态环境监测网络优化等环境监测领域,以及在非现场监管执法、排污许可管理、环境信用监管等环境执法领域的融合应用策略,旨在为提升污染防治的精细化、智能化水平,完善生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化提供思路和借鉴。In the context of the new era,the construction of ecological civilization puts forward higher requirements for accurate,efficient and intelligent pollution prevention and control,which is in urgent need of innovative application of automatic pollution source monitoring technology.However,the application of automatic pollution source monitoring in environmental monitoring,law enforcement and other fields still faces many challenges.By analyzing the key technologies of automatic pollution source monitoring,this paper discusses its integrated application strategies in the fields of environmental monitoring such as real-time sensing and tracing,intelligent analysis and decision making,ecological environment monitoring network optimization,and off-site supervision and law enforcement,emission permit management,environmental credit supervision and other environmental law enforcement fields,it aims to provide ideas and references for improving the refinement and intelligence level of pollution prevention and control,and improving the modernization of ecological environment governance system and governance capacity.
