工业企业再生水回用存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：水是基础性的自然资源,是支撑经济发展的战略性资源。加强工业企业再生水的回用,是解决我国日益复杂的水资源问题的迫切需要,也是全面推进节水型社会建设、实现新型工业化的重要举措,对推动我国高质量发展、建设美丽中国具有重要意义。本文通过对工业企业再生水回用现状的深入分析,从加强顶层设计、统筹专项规划编制、补齐基础设施短板、突破技术瓶颈、加强政策激励以及健全监管体系等方面提出对策,以加快推进工业企业对再生水的回用,从而实现污水的资源化利用。Water is a basic natural resource and a strategic resource to support economic development.Strengthening the reuse of reclaimed water in industrial enterprises is an urgent need to solve the increasingly complex water resources problems in China,and an important measure to comprehensively promote the construction of water-saving society and realize the new industrialization.It is of great significance to promoting high-quality development and building a beautiful China.In this paper,through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of industrial water reuse,from strengthening the top-level design,overall special planning,supplement the infrastructure,break through the technical bottleneck,strengthen policy incentives and improve the supervision system,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,accelerate the reuse of recycled water by industrial enterprises and achieve the resource utilization of sewage.
