摘　　要：水资源的高效管理和可持续利用对于经济发展和生态平衡至关重要。面对全球水资源紧张的挑战,水务一体化管理成为解决之道。文章探讨了水务一体化管理的关键要素,包括政策支持、组织结构与运行机制、科技与创新支撑,并提出了提高水资源利用效率、促进水资源循环利用和保护及恢复水生态系统等策略。北京市的水务一体化管理实践案例证明了这些策略的有效性,实现了水资源的可持续利用,从而为水资源管理提供了借鉴。Efficient management and sustainable utilization of water resources are crucial for economic development and ecological balance.Faced with the challenge of global water scarcity,integrated water management has become the solution.The article explored the key elements of integrated water management,including policy support,organizational structure and operational mechanisms,technology and innovation support,and proposed strategies to improve water resource utilization efficiency,promote water resource recycling,and protect and restore water ecosystems.The practice case of integrated water management in Beijing has proven the effectiveness of these strategies,achieving sustainable utilization of water resources and providing reference for water resource management.
