摘 要:本研究在高原环境条件下,对化学需氧量的全自动滴定分析法进行了系统评估,比较了其与传统手工滴定分析法的检出限、精密度和准确度。通过对地表水和生活污水样品的测定,发现全自动滴定法在高原环境下的检出限达到1.05 mg/L,相对标准偏差介于1.13%~2.09%之间,与传统手工滴定法相比,两种方法在测定结果上无显著性差异。全自动滴定分析法符合《水质化学需氧量的测定重铬酸盐法》(HJ828—2017)的测试标准,证明其快速、准确、安全的特点适合高原特殊环境的应用需求。本研究提出了相应的质量控制建议,以确保高原地区水质化学需氧量指标监测的准确和高效。This study conducted a systematic evaluation of the full-automatic titration analysis method for chemical oxygen demand(COD)under plateau environmental conditions,comparing its detection limit,precision,and accuracy with those of the traditional manual titration method.The determination of surface water and domestic sewage samples revealed that the detection limit of the fullautomatic titration method reached 1.05 mg/L under plateau conditions,with a relative standard deviation ranging from 1.13%to 2.09%.There were no significant differences in the measurement results between the two methods.The full-automatic titration method meets the testing standards of the“Water Quality—Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand—Dichromate Method”(HJ 828-2017),demonstrating its rapid,accurate,and safe characteristics suitable for the unique application needs of plateau environments.This study proposes corresponding quality control suggestions to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of COD monitoring in the plateau region’s water quality.
