摘　　要：在“碳达峰”“碳中和”背景下,加强生态工业园区建设是我国实现工业绿色发展和能源低碳转型的关键。但受到多方面因素的影响,我国各地的生态工业园区建设现状并不理想。因此,要从整体上提高生态工业园区建设质量,为“双碳”目标的实现打好基础。本文通过深入剖析生态工业园区建设过程中面临的瓶颈,提出了“双碳”背景下生态工业园区的建设对策,以期为引领生态工业园区实现绿色低碳的高质量发展提供参考。Under the background of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,strengthening the construction of ecological industrial parks is the key to achieve green industrial development and low-carbon energy transformation in China.However,affected by many factors,the construction status of ecological industrial parks in various parts of our country is not ideal.In this case,it is necessary to improve the quality of ecological industrial park construction as a whole and lay a good foundation for the realization of the“double carbon”goal.Through in-depth analysis of the bottlenecks faced in the construction of eco-industrial parks,this paper put forward the countermeasures for the construction of eco-industrial parks under the background of“dual carbon”,and provided references for guiding eco-industrial parks to achieve green,low-carbon and high-quality development.
