县域“无废城市”建设中资源回收利用与环境保护的创新模式研究

摘　　要：县域“无废城市”建设是绿色发展、资源高效利用和环境保护的重要路径。本文探讨资源回收利用的核心作用,包括减废、促循环经济和提升生态环境质量,分析了政府引导与市场机制结合、产业链整合与循环经济模式、科技创新与智能化管理等创新模式的应用,并阐述了生态环境保护、污染防治、公众参与及环保意识提升等创新策略。The construction of“waste free cities”in counties is an important path for green development,efficient utilization of resources,and environmental protection.This article explores the core role of resource recycling,including reducing waste,promoting circular economy,and improving ecological environment quality.Analyzed the application of innovative models such as the combination of government guidance and market mechanisms,integration of industrial chains and circular economy models,technological innovation and intelligent management.At the same time,innovative strategies such as ecological environment protection,pollution prevention and control,public participation,and environmental awareness enhancement were elaborated.
