摘　　要：新时期,城市化进程不断加快,在提升人们生活质量的同时,使环境问题愈发突出。城市垃圾填埋场温室气体的排放是造成城市大气环境污染的主要原因。因此,在“双碳”背景下,如何控制城市垃圾填埋场温室气体排放,切实提升城市环境质量,已成为环保工作中需研究的主要任务。深化对城市垃圾填埋场温室气体(甲烷)排放的研究,能够有效提升环境治理政策的针对性与有效性,进而提升大气环境质量。基于此,本文以“双碳”政策为背景,对城市垃圾填埋场温室气体甲烷排放进行研究,分析甲烷排放的影响因素,并针对甲烷排放治理提出相关建议,以期能够提升城市环境治理成效,助力“双碳”目标的实现。In the new era,the process of urbanization continues to accelerate,which not only improves people’s quality of life,but also promotes environmental problems to become more prominent.Greenhouse gas emissions from urban landfills are the main cause of urban atmospheric pollution.So under the background of“dual carbon”,how to control greenhouse gas emissions from urban landfills and effectively improve urban environmental quality has become the main task to be studied in the process of environmental protection.Deepening the research on greenhouse gas(methane)emissions from municipal landfill can effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of environmental governance policies,and thus improve the quality of atmospheric environment.Based on this,in the context of the“dual carbon”policy,this paper studied the greenhouse gas methane emissions from urban landfill,analyzed the influencing factors of methane emissions,and put forward relevant suggestions for methane emission control,in order to improve the effectiveness of urban environmental governance and help further realize the“dual carbon”goal.
