摘 要:目的构建基于流程优化的麻醉后监护治疗病房(AICU)的床位信息管理系统,并分析其临床应用效果。方法通过需求分析,开发覆盖床位预约、患者交接、信息总览、质控管理与信息统计分析等功能于一体的AICU床位信息管理系统。比较系统应用前(2022年10—12月)与系统应用后(2023年10—12月)的AICU床位管理效率、患者交接质量及医护人员满意度情况。结果系统应用前后,床位确定用时分别为(55.48±12.90)min、(15.60±6.69)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);床位信息登记用时分别为(22.38±4.56)min、(1.29±0.48)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的交接用时分别为(19.37±6.32)min、(12.73±4.72)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);交接信息完整率分别为72.66%、100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);交接信息正确率分别为78.44%、94.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护人员满意度分别为82.54%、93.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该系统实现了床位预约管理的智能化和患者交接流程的标准化,提升了医护人员的工作效率及满意度,为未来AICU的智能化管理提供了参考。Objective To construct a bed information management system for the Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit(AICU)based on process optimization,and analyze its clinical application effect.Methods Through requirement analysis,develop an AICU bed information management system that integrates functions such as bed reservation,patient handover,information overview,quality control management,and information statistical analysis.Compare the efficiency of AICU bed management,patient handover quality,and satisfaction of medical staff before(October to December 2022)and after(October to December 2023)system application.Results Before and after the application of the AICU bed information management system,the determined bed times were(55.48±12.90)minutes and(15.60±6.69)minutes,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The registration time for bed information was(22.38±4.56)minutes and(1.29±0.48)minutes,respectively,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The handover time of patients was(19.37±6.32)minutes and(12.73±4.72)minutes,respectively,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The completeness rates of handover information were 72.66% and 100%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The accuracy rates of handover information were 78.44% and 94.64%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of medical staff were 82.54% and 93.65%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The system has achieved intelligent bed reservation management and standardized patient handover processes,improving the work efficiency and satisfaction of medical staff,and providing a reference for the intelligent management of AICU in the future.
