摘  要:目的构建多模态医学影像大数据AI科研平台,提升医院基于医学影像和临床信息的科研能力,推进医工交叉领域的健康医疗大数据融合创新应用,打造可推广、复制的医学数据处理新范式。方法通过采集并治理医院医学影像(包括放射、数字病理等)和临床信息等数据,实现数据采集、数据治理和数据分析等平台功能模块,规范科研课题管理和科研数据管理,实现科研活动全生命周期的统一管理和规划。结果截至2025年3月31日,该平台采集了涉及30个不同科室的患者影像数据超5万人次,病灶标注量32000余条,并通过科研项目建立了74个模型库,累计产出100余篇与平台研究成果相关的论文。结论基于AI技术的多模态影像大数据科研平台,破除了医院部门和系统之间的协作壁垒,简化了科研数据审批和应用过程,为科研人员打造了智能科研私人助手,显著提高了临床科研的质量、效率和产出。Objective To construct a multimodal medical imaging big data AI research platform that enhances hospitals’research capabilities based on medical imaging and clinical information,promotes interdisciplinary innovation in healthcare big data,and establishes a replicable and scalable paradigm for medical data processing.Methods The platform collects and processes hospital medical imaging data(including radiology and digital pathology)along with clinical information,enables data acquisition,governance,and analysis functionalities.It standardizes the management of research projects and research data,achieving unified planning and lifecycle management of scientific research activities.Results Since the platform’s implementation to March 31,2025,it has collected imaging data from over 50,000 patients across 30 different hospital departments,with over 32000 annotated lesions.Additionally,74 model repositories have been established through research projects,resulting in 100+publications derived from the platform.Conclusion The AI-driven multimodal medical imaging big data research platform overcomes collaboration barriers between hospital departments and systems,streamlines the approval and utilization of research data,and serves as an intelligent research assistant for medical researchers.It significantly enhances the quality,efficiency,and output of clinical research.
