摘　　要：目的为解决医疗数据共享过程中易篡改、不可信、难溯源等问题,提升患者连续性就医体验,利用区块链新兴信息技术,加强数据互联互通和数据溯源,实现跨机构医疗数据安全可信可溯共享。方法利用区块链不可篡改、安全加密、去中心化等特征,设计区块链数据共享监测与智能融合系统的架构和功能。结果区块链数据共享监测与智能融合系统在实现跨机构医疗数据的安全可信共享的基础上,为多个医疗场景提供了可信应用,支持跨机构就诊病历及电子处方可信流转,以及传染病全链条上报管理数据可追溯,最后利用实验证明了系统拥有较好的性能。结论区块链技术为跨机构医疗数据安全可信共享提供技术手段,为跨机构的医疗协作奠定基础。Objective To address issues such as tampering,lack of trustworthiness,and traceability challenges in medical data sharing,and to enhance the continuity of patient healthcare experiences,this study leverages an emerging blockchain information technology to strengthen data interoperability and traceability,thereby enabling secure,trustworthy,and traceable sharing of cross-institutional medical data.Methods By utilizing blockchain’s inherent features such as tamper-resistance,secure encryption,and decentralization,we designed the architecture and functionalities of a blockchain-based data sharing monitoring and intelligent integration system.Results The proposed blockchain system not only achieved secure and trustworthy cross-institutional medical data sharing but also provided reliable applications for multiple healthcare scenarios.It supported the trustworthy transfer of cross-institutional medical records and electronic prescriptions,as well as traceable data reporting and management for infectious diseases across the entire chain.Experiments demonstrated the system’s superior performance.Conclusion Blockchain technology offers a technical solution for secure and trustworthy cross-institutional medical data sharing,laying the foundation for collaborative healthcare efforts across institutions.
