摘 要:目的探讨智能采血系统与流程优化协同干预在门诊口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)患者中的应用效果。方法采用简单随机抽样法,选取某医院2023年6—12月的240例门诊OGTT患者作为对照组,2024年1—6月的240例OGTT患者作为试验组。对照组采用传统采血模式,试验组采用智能采血模式;比较两组患者的完整执行准确率、整体满意度、等待时间。结果试验组完整执行准确率96.25%高于对照组的61.25%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=105.469,P<0.001);试验组整体满意度99.17%高于对照组的90.83%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.544,P<0.001);试验组所在时间段内的门诊采血患者与对照组所在时间段内的门诊采血患者等待时间上的构成比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=70659.409,P<0.001),前者等待时间集中在11~20分钟段(70.20%),后者集中在21~30分钟段(72.10%)。结论智能采血系统与流程优化协同干预可有效提高门诊OGTT患者的执行准确率和满意度,同时显著缩短等待时间。Objective To explore the application effect of the collaborative intervention of the intelligent blood sampling system and process optimization in outpatients undergoing the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Methods Using the simple random sampling method,240 outpatients undergoing OGTT in a certain hospital from June to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and 240 outpatients undergoing OGTT from January to June 2024 were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional blood sampling mode,while the experimental group adopted the intelligent blood sampling mode.The complete execution accuracy rate and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.In addition,the waiting time for blood sampling between the control group and the experimental group was compared.Results The complete execution accuracy rate of the experimental group was 96.25%,which was higher than that of the control group(61.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=105.469,P<0.001).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was 99.17%,which was higher than that of the control group(90.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.544,P<0.001).Moreover,there was a statistically significant difference in the composition ratio of the waiting time for blood sampling between the outpatients in the time period of the experimental group and those in the time period of the control group(χ^(2)=70659.409,P<0.001).The waiting time of the former was concentrated in the 11~20 minutes segment(70.20%),while that of the latter was concentrated in the 21~30 minutes segment(72.10%).Conclusion The collaborative intervention of the intelligent blood sampling system and process optimization can effectively improve the complete execution accuracy rate and satisfaction of outpatients undergoing OGTT,and significantly shorten the waiting time at the same time.
