整体性治理视角下高校学科交叉的碎片化问题与对策研究

摘  要:学科交叉良序运行既是学科建设现代化的核心内涵,也是现代大学制度的突出亮点。运用整体性治理理论分析高校学科交叉亦具有一定的理论适切性。学科交叉在现实发展中产生了学科交叉碎片化问题,其主要表征为学科领域的利益诉求相抵牾、交叉理念的价值表达相隔离、治理主体的协同效度不彰显、信息内容的呈现方式不对称等,既阻碍了交叉学科形成,也抑制了知识创新与人才培养效果,更悬空了学科交叉政策意图。而实体论思维下价值理性的遮蔽、责任伦理失序下唯私主义的僭越、行政问责制下量化主义的过度是学科交叉碎片化困境的主要成因。为此,学科交叉整体性治理的实践理路为:完善整合机制,加强学科交叉资源供给;构筑信任机制,奠定学科交叉运行基础;优化协同机制,发挥学科治理整体效能;创新信息机制,营造学科交叉数字生态。The interdisciplinary and orderly operation is the core connotation of the modernization of discipline construction,and it is also the prominent highlight of the modern university system.The use of holistic governance theory to analyze the interdisciplinarity of colleges and universities also has certain theoretical relevance.The problem of interdisciplinary fragmentation has arisen in the actual development of interdisciplinarity,which is mainly characterized by the contradiction of interests in thefield of disciplines,the isolation of the value expression of interdisciplinary concepts,the lack of synergistic effectiveness of governance subjects,and the asymmetry of information content,which hinder the formation of interdisciplinarity,inhibit the effect of knowledge innovation and talent training,and suspend the interdisciplinary policy intent.However,the obscuration of value rationality under the thinking of substance,the encroach-ment of selfishism under the disorder of responsibility ethics,and the excessive quantification under administrative accountability are the main causes of the dilemma of interdisciplinary fragmentation.To this end,the practical rationale for interdisciplinary holistic governance is as follows:improve the integration mechanism and strengthen the supply of interdisciplinary resources;Build a trust mechanism and lay the foundation for interdisciplinary operation;optimize the coordination mechanism and give full play to the overall efficiency of discipline governance;Innovate information mechanisms and create an interdisciplinary digital ecosystem.
