摘　　要：智慧教育是教育信息化发展的高端形态,大力发展智慧教育已然成为建设高等教育强国的关键战略支点。基于质性内容分析法,通过对16份与智慧教育有关的国家政策和199份大学官方文本进行编码与分析后发现,中国一流大学智慧教育由国家战略引导,受到外部社会驱动,同时也是大学内生发展所需。中国一流大学智慧教育实践的共同路径包括智慧育人、智慧创新、智慧服务和智慧校园等四个维度,可依据其关注点的不同归为学术型、均衡型和建设型等三种类型。大学智慧教育实践与政策要求契合度良好,主要体现在智慧育人、智慧创新和智慧校园等三个维度,而在智慧服务上的契合度略低。未来,中国一流大学应锚定建设高水平智慧大学目标,强化一流大学智慧服务功能,加强智慧教育技术研发与共享,以更好赋能智慧教育高质量发展并服务数字中国战略,为全球高等教育数智化转型贡献中国智慧。Smart education represents the advanced form of educational informatizationand has become a key strategic pivot for building a powerhouse in higher education.Based on the qualitative content analysis method,this study examines 16national policies and 199 official university texts related to smart education,and finds that smart education in China's first-class universities isguided by national strategies,driven by external society,and required for the endogenous development of universities.The common pathways for smart education practices in China's first-class universitiesinclude four dimensions:smart education(talent cultivation),smart innovation,smart service,and smart campus which can be categorized into academic,balanced and constructive types according to their different focuses.University practices align closely with policy requirements,mainly in the three dimensions of smart education(talent cultivation),smart innovation,and smart campus,but show lower alignment in smart services.In the future,China's first-class universities should anchor the goal of building high-level smart universities,strengthen the smart service function of first-class universities,and enhance the research and development and sharing of smart education technology so as to better empower the high-quality development of smart education and serve the digital China strategy,and contribute Chinese wisdom to the global digital-intelligent transformation of higher education.
