摘　　要：“脆皮大学生”从网络热词发展为大学生群体新标签,反映出当下青年流行文化和大学生现实处境。身体、心理、思想与行为的易“脆”是“脆皮大学生”的主要特征。网络“自嘲”引发的自我宣泄、高校健康教育的缺失、“梗”文化的流行传播和“当下主义”的侵袭蔓延共同构成了“脆皮大学生”的现实成因。为此,要理性对待“脆皮大学生”现象,从提升健康素养、疏解心理困惑、加强劳动教育与思想武装大脑等方面进行正确教育引导,帮助大学生摆脱“脆皮”,成就“硬朗”人生。The development of"brittle college students"from the Internet hot word to a new label for college students reflects the current youth popular culture and the reality of college students.The"brittle"of body,mind,thought and behavior is the main characteristic of"brittle college students".The self-catharsis caused by network"self-mockery",the lack of health education in colleges and universities,the popular spread of"meme"culture and the invasion and spread of"present-ism"together constitute the realistic causes of"brittle college students".To this end,it is necessary to treat the phenomenon of"brittle college students"rationally,carry out correct education and guidance from the aspects of improving health literacy,relieving psychological confusion,strengthening labor education and arming the brain with ideas,so as to help college students get rid of the"brittle"and achieve a"tough"life.
