近三十年新职业青年研究的热点议题与知识图谱——基于CiteSpace和VOS-Viewer的可视化图谱分析

摘　　要：以1993-2024年200篇CNKI期刊检索中的核心文献为研究对象,首先运用CiteSpace进行数据转换与初步分析,接着运用VOS viewer的关键词共现聚类进行可视化解读,对关键词涌现进行阐释,再利用文本分析方法对新职业青年进行主题领域的追踪与挖掘,勾勒出新职业青年研究的热点议题与知识图谱。研究发现:我国新职业青年研究经历了对其阶层涌现的合理性讨论、就业质量与政治参与、社会融入与劳动过程的探讨三个阶段;聚类为三个热点议题,即一是群体画像,描摹其总体向上面貌与弹性适应特征,二是学界对其引导途径的共识研究中对城乡关系、政府政策制定、知识生产的重要作用,三是探讨其群体是“扩容提质”还是“两极分化”,数字“赋能”还是“缚能”,“社会融入”还是“社会排斥”的发展趋向;形成了以社会分工等为理论主轴,以行业韧性等为关键词的实证演进探索,提出需要更加突出精准定位、总体性的调查。Taking the core literature from 200 CNKI journal searches from 1993-2024 as the research object,we firstly use CiteSpace for data conversion and preliminary analysis.Then,VOS viewer's keyword co-occurrence clustering is used for visual interpretation to explain the emergence of keywords.Then,text analysis method is used to track and mine the theme field of new professional youth,and outline the hot topics and knowledge map of new professional youth research.The study found that the research on newly employed youth in China has gone through three stages:the discussion of the rationality of the emergence of their class,the quality of their employment and political participation,and the exploration of their social integration and labor process;and clustered into three hot topics,the first one is the portrait of the group,which depicts their overall upward appearance and flexible adaptive characteristics;the second one is the consensus study of the academia on their guiding paths and their important roles in urban-rural relations,governmental policy making and knowledge production.The third is to explore whether the group is"expanding and improving quality"or"polarizing",whether it is digital"empowerment"or"constraints on empowerment",whether it is"social integration"or"social exclusion".An empirical evolution exploration with social division of labor as the theoretical axis and industry resilience as the key words has been formed,and it is proposed that more precise positioning and overall investigation are needed.
