国内外NEET青年研究:热点、演进与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：本研究纳入2000—2024年中国知网261篇、Web ofScience 275篇NEET青年相关研究,通过Citespace软件进行文献可视化分析。结果发现:(1)国内外发文量呈剪刀差逆转,这和中国政策及世界经济周期密切相关;(2)NEET青年人群特点上,国内多聚焦大学生、啃老族和闲散青年,国外则关注失学失业青年;(3)NEET青年身份成因上,国内NEET青年身份形成主要和教育就业政策不同步、家族观念主导、资源分配不均、家校教育不当、躺平文化盛行等因素有关,国外NEET青年身份形成归因于不利的宏观经济条件以及个体逃学辍学、健康问题、低人力资本等因素;(4)NEET身份的危害和纾解上,NEET身份会带来“疤痕效应”,增加个体受排斥风险和脆弱性。对此,国内主张从教育和文化角度发力,国外则提倡实施积极的劳动力市场政策和青年服务。未来可统一NEET界定标准以进行跨文化比较,分析同一因素在不同时空的影响并建立科学的因果推断。还可以开展对NEET身份保持时间的测查以及干预措施的评估等。This study included 261 articles from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and 275 articles from Web of Science on NEET youth-related research from 2000 to 2024,and visualized the literature through Citespace software.The results show that:(1)the number of domestic and foreign publications has reversed the scissors difference,which is closely related to China's policy and the world economic cycle;(2)In terms of the characteristics of NEET youth population,China focuses more on college students,NEET and idle youth,while foreign countries pay more attention to unemployed youth;(3)In terms of the causes of NEET youth identity,the formation of NEET youth identity in China is mainly related to factors such as asynchronous education and employment policies,dominant family values,uneven distribution of resources,improper home-school education,and the prevalence of lying culture.The formation of NEET youth identity abroad is attributed to unfavorable macroeconomic conditions and factors such as individual truancy,health problems,and low human capital;(4)On the harm and relief of NEET identity,NEET identity will bring"scar effect"and increase the risk and vulnerability of individual exclusion.In this regard,the domestic advocates from the perspective of education and culture,while foreign countries advocate the implementation of active labor market policies and youth services.
