基于相同泵油相位参考喷射的发动机高压共轨系统喷油量调控方法研究

摘  要:在高压共轨系统中,喷油器的喷油脉宽主要由两个输入确定:一是调控任务需求的喷油量,二是喷油器开始加电前的轨压采样值。相对于喷油器开始加电的时刻,喷油器实际开始喷射的时刻会有一定的滞后。在喷油脉宽恒定的条件下,喷油器实际喷油过程中轨压的动态波动会直接影响喷油量。而高压油泵柱塞供油的速度及加速度呈现显著的相位相关性,会导致不同泵油相位状态下喷油时轨压波动的差异,进而就会引起喷油量偏离调控任务要求。本文提出了一种修正方法,将基于同一泵油相位状态下发生的喷射定义为参考喷射,在参考喷射的喷油器加电结束时刻增加一次轨压采样,以其为依据来测算当前喷射喷油器实际喷油时的轨压,进而以其为依据就可得到当前喷射的喷油器的修正喷油脉宽,从而完成对喷油量的修正。通过试验验证了此修正方法应用在不同系统上的有效性。该方法大幅降低了泵油相位对喷油量的影响,从而为高压油泵以无固定相位角或固定特定相位角安装到发动机上带来了很大的灵活性。相关工作对减小发动机之间、发动机不同缸或者不同循环之间喷油量偏差的调控研究具有借鉴意义。In common rail system,the energizing time of the injectors is mainly determined by two inputs:one is the required injection quantity,another is the rail pressure sampled before the injector starts of energizing.There is a time delay between the injector starts of injection and the injector starts of energizing.Under constant injection energizing time,the dynamic fluctuations in rail pressure during the actual injection directly affect the injection quantity.The speed and acceleration of the high-pressure pump plunger’s fuel supply exhibit significant phase correlation,resulting in variations in rail pressure fluctuations during injection at different pump phasing.This leads to a deviation in the injection quantity.A correction method was proposed to define an injection happened at the same pump phasing as a reference injection,adding an additional rail pressure sampling at the end of the energizing for the reference injection to estimate the rail pressure during actual injection for current injection,then to get corrected energizing time for current injection,thereby to achieve the injection quantity correction.The correction method was tested and validated on different systems.The method can significantly reduce the impact of the pump phasing on the injection quantity and provide the flexibility for high pressure pump to be mounted on the engine without a fixed phase angle or with a fixed phase angle.It serves as a valuable reference for research on reducing engine to engine,cylinder to cylinder or cycle to cycle injection quantity deviation.
