摘 要:为研究含双重三要素式吸振器的转子系统发生突加不平衡故障后的振动特性问题,基于有限元法建立了系统的动力学方程,利用Newmark-β法求解了方程的解并进行了分析,了解了系统的响应特征,掌握了出现突加不平衡故障时最大瞬态振幅与吸振器参数之间的关系。研究发现:转子在亚临界转速区间发生突加不平衡故障时,其瞬态轴心轨迹略微超出稳定后的轴心轨迹包络范围;而当故障发生在超临界转速区间时,其瞬态轴心轨迹明显超出稳定后的轴心轨迹包络范围;与在亚临界转速区间发生突发不平衡故障造成的最大瞬态振幅的变动相比,在超临界转速区间发生故障时转子的最大瞬态振幅的变动幅度更大一些;吸振器的参数中,吸振器刚度对最大瞬态振幅的影响比串联刚度和串联阻尼大一些;参数变动时,对圆盘1 x向的最大瞬态幅值的影响最大,对圆盘2 y向的最大瞬态幅值影响最小。To investigate the vibration characteristics of a rotor system equipped with dual three-element vibration absorbers under sudden unbalance faults,the dynamic equations of the system were established based on the finite element method.The solutions were obtained and analyzed using the Newmark-β method,revealing the system’s response characteristics and the relationship between the maximum transient amplitude and absorber parameters during sudden unbalance faults.The study found that when a sudden unbalance fault occurs in the supercritical speed range,the transient shaft center trajectory slightly exceeds the envelope of the stabilized trajectory.In contrast,when the fault occurs in the subcritical speed range,the transient trajectory significantly surpasses the stabilized trajectory’s envelope.Furthermore,the variation in the rotor’s maximum transient amplitude caused by faults in the supercritical range is greater than that in the subcritical range.Among the absorber parameters,the absorber stiffness has a more pronounced influence on the maximum transient amplitude compared to the series stiffness and series damping.When parameters vary,the maximum transient amplitude of Disk 1 in the x-direction is most significantly affected,while that of Disk 2 in the y-direction is minimally influenced.
