摘 要:针对某型柴油发动机增压器垫片碎裂故障开展排查与分析,通过温度场仿真计算与模态分析,确定故障主因是增压器振动幅值超标,其中增压器与排气管贴合面法向振动尤为显著,最终导致垫片疲劳碎裂。通过实施增压器涡端支架结构拓扑优化及材料升级,有效解决了该问题。本研究成果为台架可靠性试验中增压器排气管路系统振动故障的诊断与解决提供了技术参考。A survey and analysis were conducted on the issue of gasket breakage in a certain type of diesel engine turbocharger.Through temperature field calculation and modal analysis,it was found that the main cause was excessive vibration of the turbocharger,especially in the direction of the contact surface between the turbocharger and the exhaust pipe,which resulted in the gasket breakage.By optimizing the structure of the turbocharger vortex end bracket and adjusting the bracket material,the problem has been effectively solved.The research results provide a reference basis for analyzing the vibration faults of the turbocharger exhaust pipeline system during the reliability testing process of the test bench.
