摘  要:燃气动力广泛应用于油气开采领域,其节能降耗技术开发是当前产业发展的重点工作。油气田压裂作业具有负荷容量大、随机突变性强、作业间歇多等特点,需要较大容量的内燃机群为其提供动力,能耗问题比较突出。某压裂现场使用了28台300KW燃气发电机组,为3台5000hp的电驱压裂撬供电。基于压裂的间隔性作业特点,利用远程控制系统实施燃气机组群的快速启停调控,以实现作业微电网电驱系统能源利用效率的提升。建立验证试验的数学模型,分析试验各阶段的燃气机组燃气消耗和电能有效利用情况,开展了常规调控和运行优化调控模式下的试验工作。试验发现,由于快速启停操作方式的采用和对应性减少压裂等停阶段燃气机组运行数量的优化工作,使得燃气空载消耗大幅降低,压裂等停阶段燃气发电的利用效率提高了32.8%(根据本文设定并计算的参考依据),电驱动力装备的运行大为优化。Gas power is widely used in the field of oil and gas exploitation,and its energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology development is the key work of current industrial development.The fracturing operation in oil and gas fields has the characteristics of large load capacity,strong random mutation and many intermittent operations,and it needs a large-capacity internal combustion engine group to provide power,so the energy consumption problem is more prominent.Twenty-eight 300KW gas generator sets were used in a fracturing site to supply power for three 5000hp electric drive fracturing skids.Based on the intermittent operation characteristics of fracturing,the remote control system is used to implement the rapid start-stop regulation of gas generating units,so as to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the electric drive system of operating microgrid.The mathematical model of the test is established,and the gas consumption and effective utilization of electric energy of gas turbine in each stage of the test are analyzed,and the test work under the conventional regulation and optimization regulation mode is carried out.It is found that the adoption of quick start-stop control mode and the corresponding optimization work to reduce the number of gas units in the stop phase such as fracturing greatly reduce the no-load consumption of gas,improve the utilization efficiency of gas power generation in the stop phase such as fracturing by 32.8%(based on the reference criteria set and calculated in this article),and greatly optimize the operation of electric driving equipment.
