新时代红医精神在医学院校中的思政意蕴与实践路径

摘　　要：红医精神逐渐被确立为新时代医学院校思政教育的主要内容。这一精神源自并发展于革命时期的医疗工作,在当代医务工作者的继承和发扬中呈现新的时代价值,其核心内涵与当代医学生培养要求高度契合。红医精神不仅对提升医学生职业素养和人文关怀方面发挥着重要作用,且在促进医学生社会责任感和奉献精神的培养中具有重大意义。随着健康中国战略的实施,医学院校要通过顶层设计和实践路径的探索,将红医精神深度融入思政教育之中,以培养能够适应社会需求的医学人才。The red doctor's spirit has gradually been established as the main content of ideological and political education in medical colleges in the new era.This spirit originated and developed from the medical work during the revolutionary period.It manifests new values in the inheritance and promotion by contemporary medical workers,and its core connotations are highly compatible with the requirements for the training of contemporary medical students.The red doctor's spirit not only plays an important role in improving the professionalism and humanistic care of medical students,but also has great significance in promoting the cultivation of social responsibility and dedication of medical students.With the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China,medical colleges should deeply integrate the red doctor's spirit into the ideological and political education through the top-level design and the exploration of practical paths,so as to cultivate medical talents who can adapt to the social needs.
